Hi, I’m Eman: a no-BS naturopath passionate about evidence-based, inclusive and universal healthcare for neurodivergent adults and children. I take a back-to-basics approach - aiming to use foods you actually enjoy eating, in ways that feel achievable. I focus on tailoring your plan according to your neurotype, goals and sensory needs, am a weight-neutral provider, and value sustainability over perfection.
